About HCE

A different kind
of investment firm.

HCE is a sponsor-led investment firm and holding company. We are not a private equity fund. We are not an asset manager. We are long-term owners who build businesses, develop real assets, and invest in innovation — platform by platform, decade by decade.

What We Are

Operator. Allocator. Builder. Owner.

Most investment firms raise a fund, deploy it into companies, and exit within a defined timeline. That’s not what HCE does.

We are a sponsor-led holding company. We source and structure our own transactions. We allocate capital across multiple platforms — acquisitions, real assets, and ventures. We get inside the businesses we own and make them better. And we hold what we build for the long term, with no pressure to exit on someone else’s schedule.

That combination — sponsor discipline, operator mindset, long-term ownership — is what makes HCE different. We’re building something closer to a modern, privately-held institution than a traditional investment fund.

How We Work

What “sponsor-led”
actually means.

A lot of firms call themselves sponsors. Here’s what it means at HCE.

We Source Our Own Opportunities

We don’t wait for deals to come to us. We identify industries, find businesses, and build relationships with owners — often years before a transaction happens.

We Structure Transactions

We design the deal. We bring capital, legal, and operational expertise to every transaction we enter — and we structure it around what actually makes sense for the business, not just the balance sheet.

We Allocate Capital Across Platforms

Capital flows across HCE’s platforms based on where it creates the greatest long-term value — acquisitions, real assets, or ventures — with no fund timeline forcing our hand.

We Improve What We Own

After we acquire a business, the real work begins. We upgrade operations, implement systems, develop leadership, and connect each company to HCE’s broader ecosystem of shared resources.

We Own for the Long Term

Our default intention is to hold forever. We don’t build businesses to sell them — we build them to be better, stronger, and more valuable with each passing year.

Mission

Acquire, build, and refine businesses to world-class standards.

We are committed to creating long-term value through disciplined investment, operational improvement, and sustainable growth — with the ambition to be the defining force in every industry we enter.

We don’t measure success by how many deals we close or how quickly we can exit. We measure it by how much stronger our businesses are than when we found them.

Values

Meritocracy

People are recognized for what they do, not who they know.

Excellence

We hold ourselves and our businesses to high standards and keep raising the bar.

Accountability

We do what we say. Every time.

Candor

We say what we mean. We are honest with partners, investors, and each other.

Investing in People

Long-term success is built by people. We take that seriously.

How We’re Organized

Chairman & CEO

Will Hunt

Will is the founder, chairman, and chief executive of HCE Consortium. He leads the firm’s strategic direction — from sourcing and structuring acquisitions through Dynastic Industries to building internal software through HCE Ventures.

His approach is operator-first: get inside the business, understand how it works, and build the systems and team that let it grow. HCE exists because he believes the best investment firms are the ones that actually know how to run something.
